Hello! My name is Becky Williams and I am in love with all things health and fitness related.
I was born and raised in Cheshire, England but moved to Utah with my family when I was 12 years old (cue the awkward mixed accent). I studied public health and nutrition at Brigham Young University, where I met my husband, Jordan. We hoped to grow our family immediately, and 1 month after our wedding, we found out I was 3 weeks pregnant with our little Piper! We couldn't love her more!
When Piper turned 10 months old, I found out I was pregnant again (yes, I have major baby fever), and our sweet boy is due December 4th, 2017!
I am a spin instructor and certified personal trainer, with credentials specializing in women's fitness and pre/postnatal exercise. My goal is to provide women with the tools they need to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle, no matter who they or what stage they are in.
I quit my job as a health coach after having Piper, and now teach a few spin classes a week, along with privately coaching and training clients (more info HERE).
