Hello! My name is Becky Williams and I am *freakishly* obsessed with all things health and fitness related.
I was born and raised in Cheshire, England but moved to Utah with my family when I was 12 years old (cue the awkward mixed accent). I studied public health and nutrition at Brigham Young University, where I met my husband, Jordan. Two months after getting married, we found out I was 3 weeks pregnant with little Piper! It was very much a planned pregnancy, #babyfever, and we couldn't love her more!
We moved as a family from Utah, to Arizona, to Los Angeles, where we currently live. I am now pregnant with a boy, due in December 2017, and we couldn't be more excited to continue growing our family!
I am a certified personal trainer, with extra credentials specializing in women's fitness and pre/postnatal exercise. My goal is to provide women with the tools they need to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle, no matter what stage of life they are in.
I quit my job as a health coach when I had Piper, and now teach a few spin classes a week, along with privately coaching and training clients (more info HERE).
