This product includes 7 different postpartum workouts with written instructions along with a video to demonstrate each movement. There are 2 pelvic floor strengthening workouts, 2 lower body workouts, 2 upper body workouts, and 1 full body workout. All workouts can be done at home with minimal (stability ball is the only one I would strongly recommend purchasing) equipment.
