I wish I could take credit for this recipe, but I found it from Kale Junkie’s website, and OOOOOH MY GOODNESS!!! It’s the best chocolate chip recipe, ever!
1 cup almond flour
1 cup natural peanut butter (or tahini)
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
Mix the almond flour, peanut butter (or tahini), maple syrup, collagen peptides, and chocolate chips into a bowl. Put bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP), and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the bowl out of the fridge, and add the egg and baking soda. Mix well, and spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
