These kind of 15 minute workouts have been a lifesaver for me since having a second baby. Time is limited, and there are days when one (or both) of them are up all night, naps don't overlap, and I'm left feeling like I didn't have a second for myself. It's easy talking myself out of doing a long, hard workout on a night after one of those crazy, tiring days. That's why I love these short workouts. They're simple, effective (HIIT workouts are great for getting a lot out of a small amount of time), and they are a chance to give myself a little bit of "me" time. Aka they keep me sane.
