With Jack having issues with eczema, I’ve been worried that he’d also struggle with allergies since they often go together. I’ve read a lot about early allergen introduction, and my pediatrician also brought it up to me because of Jack’s issues, and shared the latest research supporting the introduction of allergens early and often.
My pediatrician encouraged me to start exposing Jack to these type of foods, and I found Inspired Start to make things easier and less stressful. Tree nuts, peanuts, and shellfish are the common ones to introduce, and there’s no way I’m whipping up some pureed shrimp for Jack to snack on. Nooo thanks.
Inspired Start has different baby food pouches that combine peanut, tree nut, egg, soy, wheat, sesame, cod, and shrimp with a variety of fruits and vegetables. Jack loves them and they’ve been perfect for during the summer while we’re out and about doing different activities every day.
I posted about introducing food to Jack HERE, and I’m using Inspired Start pouches along with finger foods, and nursing to keep his little body healthy and growing. I’m so glad I found this company when I did. It’s honestly put my mind at ease, and has been exactly what I’ve needed.
You can find them on Amazon, and there’s also a monthly subscription option to make things easier. Thank the heavens for Amazon prime!
