I don’t even feel like I need to write an introduction for these paleo chocolate chip bars. Just make them, and see what I’m talking about. They’re, as the kids would say, LIT.
1 cup natural peanut butter (can sub for other nut butters)
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Ideal Raw coconut oil (use “SWOLE” for 10% off)
Mix peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup together in a bowl, then stir in the almond flour. Add 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, mix together, and pour into a greased loaf tin (or line with parchment paper). Freeze for 1 hour. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil, and pour on top of frozen bars. Freeze for another 10 minutes and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
