I am so excited to release another type of workout subscription - this time for all of my “regular” women!! Haha. I released my pregnancy & postpartum workout subscription in February, and always planned on doing a “regular” one as well, but it’s taken me a little longer than I planned to get it up.
This workout subscription is a similar set up to my pregnancy & postpartum one - the main difference is that the exercises aren’t tailored towards specifically pregnant or newly postpartum mamas, which is why I refer to it as “regular”. Since I am a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist, I tend to focus heavily on those type of workouts and topics because I think there need to be more education and resources for women in that stage of life. However, I think at-home workouts for women in ALL stages of life are incredibly beneficial too!
All of the workouts in this subscription can be done at home, and only requires a stability ball and a set of dumbbells! They all take about 30-40 minutes to complete, and are designed to strengthen the body, build lean muscle mass, and boost the metabolism. They are all the workouts I currently do and LOVE!
