Happy Tuesday!! Anyone else counting down the seconds until the weekend already? Just me? Okay moving on then.
This pregnancy has me wanting ALL the veggies, along with all the chocolate too (I'm pretty sure our little guy is going to come out half broccoli and half JoJo's Chocolate at this point). I saw some tahini sauce at Sprouts last week, and decided to make a homemade cheesy tahini dressing to go with my roasted vegetables, eggs, salads, chicken, sandwiches, etc. I've been putting it on EVERYTHING and it's amazing!! So easy too!
- 3/4 cup water (add a little more if you want the sauce runnier)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (adds that cheesy flavour!)
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- 1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- juice of 1 lemon
Mix everything together and store in a container. I bought a squeezable bottle from Walmart for $.97! Store in the fridge and add it to allllll the goods.
