I feel like life has been going 1000 miles a second lately and I want to be working on all these different projects and ideas, but there's not enough time in the day to do it all. That, on top of getting ready to move states in 3 weeks with a little baby who walks around (yes, walks!!!) destroying things all day is very challenging, to say the least.
Anyway, no one cares about that riff raff. What I'm trying to say is that while there are still a lot of things I'd like to do, I WAS able to put together some postpartum workouts to share with you guys! I've had a few requests for this after releasing my pregnancy workout guide (you can get it HERE), so I'm excited to be able to release it!
I put together a few good postpartum exercises specifically for that awkward phase where you're not 100% ready to do what you were once doing, but you still want to do something that's also safe and smart.
There are 2 pelvic floor, 2 lower body, 2 upper body, and 1 full body workouts with videos of how to do each exercise! Although I recommend seeing a PT if you have diastasis recti, these exercises are safe for that and help bring restore the separation. You can get these workouts HERE.
