I am SO,SO excited to finally release a pregnancy workout guide (located under the "shop" tab)!! When I entered my first pregnancy, I felt completely lost and overwhelmed on what I should/shouldn't be doing. There is a LOT of conflicting information out there, and even as a personal trainer and health coach, I felt a little unsure on how to approach exercise. I got certified in women's fitness and specialized in pre/postnatal fitness, and studied as much as I could to make sure I was taking really good care of mine and Piper's bodies.
I know a lot of other women struggle with the same overwhelming feeling of how to safely approach exercise during pregnancy, so I put together a guide with multiple full body, lower body, upper body, and core routines for each trimester. I hope that it gives women a sense of direction and helps them take care of themselves as they go through the most important transformation.
