I shared this recipe on Insta last night but I figured it might be easier to have on here too so it's quick to find in the future. These is BY FAR my favourite powerball recipe! I used to eat them before I got pregnant too as a pre-workout snack, but I'm loving them now because they are a delicious and easy snack when life is crazy with a newborn, and they've been awesome for my milk supply! If you're having trouble not producing enough milk, or if you're just looking for snacks to have on hand, give this recipe a whirl!
½ cup natural almond butter
1/3 cup RAW honey
¼ cup natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 scoops protein powder *optional
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2-1/2 cups rolled oats
¼ cup cacao nibs/80%+ dark chocolate/enjoy life chocolate chips
1) Mix nut butters, honey, coconut oil, and yogurt. Add protein powder, coconut and flax. Mix in oats and cacao nibs.
2) Roll them into balls and store in the fridge or freezer. Wah-Bam!
