As I mentioned on my Instagram post last night, I'm loving the stability ball! I strongly recommend buying one if you're pregnant (I think I got mine for like $10 on Amazon). I love it because it helps you maintain balance, strengthens the pelvic floor (super important for labour!!), and you can safely work your abs longer into pregnancy.
I put together a good total body workout using my stability ball for anyone whose interested! It hits all the muscle groups and the core is engaged the whole time!

Repeat each circuit 2-4x before moving onto the next circuit. Rest for about 30-60 seconds between each set.
