Baby girl is anywhere between 19-22 inches and weighs about 6.5lbs! Last week the Doctor said she’s probably around 5-6lbs so we’ll see where she’s at today when I go in again! They measure my belly with a tape every week to make sure she’s growing consistently…and since about week 28 she’s been measuring a week behind (but consistently growing so they said it’s fine)…a couple of weeks ago she was measuring right on track…and last week she was measuring a week ahead!!
I’m still really tired throughout the day, but I figure I should probably get used to that feeling haha. She’s definitely “dropping” which means I don’t get as breathless (hurray!), but I’m getting a lot of pelvic pain which makes it difficult to move. You win some, you lose some. I've, obviously, never had a baby before so I don't know what my body's signs are...but I can feel my body getting ready for her to come. I can't explain it but things are changing and I just feel different.
My body is getting harder to move around these days, so working out is comical. I’ve been doing a lot of cycling and walking still. I’ve stayed away from leg workouts because of the pelvic pain, but still working my core, upper body, and glutes every week.
We finally put together the nursery this weekend and it’s so cute!! There are still a couple of frames I need to put up, but it’s basically all ready for her now! I keep catching Jordan in there just standing over the crib. I actually think I might die when I see him hold our baby. It’ll be too much.
