Little coconut is 19-22 inches and weighs 6lbs! Her weight gain is going to start slowing down now to conserve energy for labour. I, personally, think I'm the one that needs to be conserving the energy haha but that's just me. It's funny because on last week's update, I was talking about how she never stop moving (which she normally doesn't)...but a couple of days after that she completely stopped moving for a day or two! She must have worn herself out or something haha.
I still feel exhausted most of the time, but I'm kind of used to it now. Luckily, work has slowed down a lot and, since we don't have any other kids, I can rest as much as I want. I'm still getting lots of braxton hicks, leg cramps, and pelvic pain. Nausea comes and goes, I've started to notice it's more prevalent when I have sweets or have my "cheat meal"...it's like my body wants me to be healthy or something. Weird.
Long walks are still my jam! I'm still doing light weight training at least 3x a week, and I try to get in some type of cardio everyday - usually walking or biking. It's definitely getting harder to find motivation to workout...mainly because it's getting increasingly harder to move my body around haha. I always feel soooo much better after I exercise though, so I'm doing my best over here.
I've been watching lots of birth videos this week which make me cry like a baby ha. I don't think I've made it through one without crying. I don't know what's become of me. I just can't wait for that moment when we meet our little girl. It seems so surreal!
